Mediums used: Pencil and touched up with Photoshop
This is an RP character of mine, a half-elf who wields a staff to heal people. She's based on the troubador class in Fire Emblem though. The outfit she has on is based on Priscilla from Fire Emblem as well. Unfortunately, I couldn't get her to hold a staff or anything without making the arms look weird. Also, did some shading, hoped that came out well. Also, I think I might have changed the contrast too much in photoshop...
Also had some help from DreamerTakako on body proportions and stuff, hope I did it right...
nicenice. I would say the outline cleanness GOOD! (something i lack lol)
the shading i like on the arms and legs and her cloak. Its when i first glance at it(her chest part maybe work on that area again....i cant figure out why...maybe its too dark and its drawing away from the face.... UNLESS thats what ur going for... LOL )
Oooo and to maybe give it more balance you could wither lighten her overal (to the abg shades spectrum of her lowerbody or darken her more in her lower body to give a more overal balance in shades.... GOMEN for the loooooooooong critques!
but me like....reminds me of RO...dunno why...*ponders RO days*

i love do you??
The chest was hard to do and I had to redo that area many times, it came out wrong too much. The face, I really couldn't shade it dark without making it look like she had a mustache. XD I need to work on it, yes? I gotta use the same amount of values throughout the whole drawing.
It reminds you of RO because of the whole medieval-fantasy thing! I must get you hooked on Fire Emblem on the GBA! XD
I like longer critiques, they tell me what I need to work on. <3 Thanks!

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.

I like the outfit. It's pretty simple, but it has some detail to it, the scroll work and such.
Hair and eyes are nice, which is really important.
Good work.

Here's a shoulder to cry on, a warm pillow to rest.
Now cry yourself to sleep, and let your head and heart fight out the rest.
